A studio built on experience
why it matters
The technical standards in animation were high. The working model — layers of account managers, briefing documents passed down chains — was less direct. Studio Till was created to close that gap.
Today, feedback is first-hand and responsibility sits in one place. When something needs to change, the person you tell is the person who changes it. When something needs protecting — commercially sensitive IP, an unannounced product — that conversation happens directly, not through a team of people who don't need to know.

Chris Tilley
Chris leads creative direction across every project, overseeing discovery, concept development and production. His experience across in-house teams, agencies and independent practice informs the studio’s structured and accountable approach.
Studio Manager
Lauren Tilley
Lauren manages planning, coordination and operations, ensuring projects move forward clearly and on schedule. Her background in education and leadership brings organisation and consistency to the studio’s delivery model.
