3D Animation & Product Rendering

Overview

FlexSea develops sustainable processes that utilise seaweed biomass to create compostable bioplastics. They approached Studio Till to translate their complex, proprietary manufacturing process into a clear, high-end visual narrative.

The Challenge

The brief required a detailed visualisation of the production of thermoplastic pellets without revealing confidential IP. The output needed to align seamlessly with their existing brand while providing a suite of versatile assets for web, social and internal communications.

The Solution

We developed a refined 3D environment that prioritised clarity over complexity. By distilling FlexSea’s initial sketches and assets into a "gradient world," we created a cohesive visual language that felt both scientific and premium.

Visual Strategy

Developed custom styleframes sampling the brand’s core palette to ensure the "gradient world" felt like a natural extension of the FlexSea identity.

Storyboard & Animatic

Created a detailed animatic to lock in the pacing of the production flow, allowing stakeholders to approve the narrative structure before high-fidelity rendering began.

Multi-Platform Delivery

 Beyond the primary film, we produced a suite of high-resolution stills for web and professional networking, ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.
